Currently working as a Customer experience associate in a Scotia bank where my major responsibilities are to maintain strong customer relationship and provide best solution for their banking needs. In my previous experience as a wealth management trainee, I used to analyze fixed income securities mainly based on its return potential and keep a thorough record of bond deals for each client. Currently, I am studying Research and Analytics from centennial college and learning different data analytics tools to find good opportunities in analytics field. I have also completed bachelors in business administration where I learnt about major KPIs for business Overall, I am a quick learner when it comes to implementing technological tools to analyze big data and making a sense out of it. I am a team player who strongly believes in fairness and integrity.
