With over two decades of experience in the sectors of education and HR services, Dr. Harris has worked as a Program Manager and trainer for CIPD and NQF Human Resource Management diploma programs as well as a professor for degree and masters level programs. Prior to working as an academic, he was a HR recruiter for top IT companies in Bangalore. He completed his doctorate in the area of Organizational culture and behaviour in 2017. He has published various research papers in professional journals and articles in popular magazines including ‘Bahrain Confidential’ and ‘Business in Gulf’ on the latest industry trends, teaching pedagogies and business concepts. Currently he works at Bahrain Polytechnic as a faculty in the School of Business and Logistics.
