Drove creative teams from 1 to 50 through inspiration with purpose. Areas of focus: innovations, sustainability, good governance, urban mobility, and regional development. I apply strategic thinking, product development processes, and public involvement to achieve success. Currently leading Belarusian non-partisan think-tank Center for New Ideas to promote structural reforms through research and stakeholder engagement.
