Based in Surabaya/ Jakarta, Indonesia, I have 26 years of experience in Human Resources Management, working in both multinational and local companies in HR Strategic and HR Operational functions. I am currently serving as Head of HR Development - PT Trias Sentosa, Tbk. Prior to that, I was the Head of HC Strategic - AVRIST Assurance. Before joining AVRIST, I was the Corporate HR Senior Manager at PT. Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk. I have expertise in various Human Capital Management areas, including Organization Development (Including Organization Transformation), Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Change Management, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Community Development, Competency-Based HRD, and Company Cultures. I have experience working collaboratively across Business Units with the passion for facilitating people in the organization to contribute to building a stronger organization to meet business growth challenges. Apart from my professional work, I also have a passion for education and development and currently serve as a part-time lecturer specializing in Human Resources Management in the Business Master Program at Surabaya University and Airlangga University in Surabaya. I also work as a Senior Freelance HRM Consultant at OSCM - Management Consultant. I am a national public speaker specializing in educating the community about how to combat fake news/information and improve digital literacy. I am also a volunteer at Masyarakat Anti Fitnah Indonesia (MAFINDO), a social movement organization for more than 8 years. I am proud to have earned the best graduation award for my Master of Organization Change and Development (M.PPO.) degree from Airlangga University, as well as a Master of Management (M.M.) in Creative Marketing from the University of Surabaya. I also earned a bachelor's degree in Japanese Language (S.Pd.) from Surabaya State University.
