My strategic approach combines generating and implementing new ideas for company development with hands-on execution to meet our KPIs, including turnover, productivity, and EBITDA. A strong passion for developing and implementing zero CO2 emission renovation projects drives my commitment to integrating sustainable practices into our operations. Collaborating closely with governmental organizations is key to my role, enabling us to create meaningful impacts and achieve long-term success.
