I build and scale zero to one partner networks that unlock growth for organisations across the UAE, MENA, and global markets. For the past 15+ years, I’ve specialised in partnership-led growth — designing and scaling networks of schools, corporates, regulators, and digital first partners that generate measurable impact. My work sits at the intersection of business development, market expansion, and cross-cultural leadership, helping organisations open new markets, build trust with decision-makers, and deliver sustainable growth. Some highlights from my journey: Scaled IELTS growth globally by launching the Global Affiliate Programme, generating GBP 16M in year one and expanding into 40+ countries through digital-first partners and influencer networks. Led the AED 60M UAE Exams business at the British Council, redesigning the go-to-market strategy, forging partnerships with schools and ministries, and strengthening IELTS’s position as the trusted choice for education and migration. Expanded India’s IELTS reseller network from 900 to 1,800 partners, transforming a declining market into double-digit growth and building one of the strongest education partner ecosystems in the region. Pioneered digital collaborations, including the first API-driven partnership with Google Books, which set new benchmarks for user engagement and was recognised globally as an innovation case study.
