As an HR Manager at MTN Sudan FinTech, I lead the company’s hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. I also help in connecting executives with employees, building an employer brand, improving employee engagement, and creating strategic talent resources plans. I have over 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR operations, policies, administration, budgeting, interviewing techniques, on-boarding, corporate HR, workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, and talent acquisition. In my previous roles as Human Resources Business Partner at GSK Advance Business and Human Resources Manager at Dagupan Multi Activities, I drove the growth and success of two companies within a multi-national environment by delivering best practices for the diverse workforce demographics, labor regulations, and legislation. I also provided people management interventions, supported and applied best practices by playing an integral part in the implementation of policy programs and procedures related to staffing, employee relations, staff training and development, compensation and benefits structure, and ensured that these policies and procedures were properly implemented.
