During years of school, I had been doing a deep research in the management field. The topic of my research was about the impact of emotional labor on internal reputation. During which, I had immersed myself as an intern (4 months) into a bank agency in order to understand business encounter and therefore conducted interviews with bank employees. On September 2020, I graduated with highest honor. In order to gain professional experience, I had been working as a medical sales representative for 7 months. I had several trainings that could help me gain specific skills in order to optimize my goals. I had been in a daily direct contact with all the medical staff in hospitals. My education and my sense of communication have combined to give me a solid understanding of customers’ needs, as also helped me to deal with objections. Being a councilor also illustrates a high level of dedication to be in contact with people and to understand their needs in order to honor their voices. This experience has extremely helped me to be in an ease with the audience even during presentation wether at school or during meetings with hospital-based healthcare staff at work. My skills or talents are far from having a good singing voice or an athlete; they are actually negotiation and being out on the floor managing Human Resources. I am currently working as a medical sales representative with a tunisian company that export products abroad. A small structure with big dreams. I guess it is all what we need; DREAMS!
