With several years of experience within the field of transaction services, financial due diligence, M&A and investments, I am currently looking for new opportunities to evolve further within my field of expertise. While being very diligent and finding joy in working with financial analyses and digging into the details, I am a structured, well-coordinated and organised project leader with a passion for efficient teamwork, coaching on the job and enabling everyone in my team to thrive to their full potential. In my opinion, communication is key for a successful project and team outcome or output – no matter if it is with clients or other external partners or within the own organisation and team. With the right mindset and open communication any hurdle or challenge can be overcome. I find joy in working in a diverse and inclusive team where I can take on exciting, challenging projects, feel a strong sense of belonging, and be supported by trust-based leadership that empowers individuals to do their best work.
