Throughout the course, I gained knowledge in databases, information security, web and mobile development, as well as computer networks and network infrastructure. My professional journey includes the role of Test Analyst I, where I was responsible for failure analysis, defect detection, and collaborative problem resolution. I worked with technical documentation, software documentation, and document management, ensuring quality and clarity in the process. I also developed skills in visual inspection, requirements analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA), focusing on continuous project improvement. With a strong commitment to test management and expertise in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design using tools like Altium, I participated in the implementation of large-scale projects. Additionally, I have experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), working as an ERP Support Analyst, where I conducted business process analysis and process automation. My analytical skills are complemented by proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript, along with a strategic mindset, strong work ethic, and analytical thinking.
