As the clinical coordinator at Richmond Gabriel University, it is my responsibility to inform pre-clinical students about the procedures and requirements for entering clinical clerkships as well as assign clinical rotation placements to final year medical students. I have several years of experience in sales, administration, and customer service. My desire to understand the practical strategies employed to increase productivity through employee hiring, staffing, training, and development motivated me to pursue a master's degree in human resource management.
