Being involved in Sales is such an amazing experience for me because it taught me a lot. I've learned how to communicate with different types of customer. How to deal with them specially when there's a problem with their order and the item delivered. I've learned how to not just make a remedy but rather solve whatever their issues on a certain product that they've purchased. I became more optimistic and determined. As I also handle local and foreign shipments on the logistic side, I find it challenging and it taught me how to do things accordingly. It also develops our relationship with our suppliers and forwarders. It also enables me to ensure that all the goods should be transported in a timely manner and understand the needs of our customers as well as to look for other ways to minimize the cost of shipping the goods up to it's final destination.
