I have over 10 years experience in construction projects in Myanmar. I have been a Quantity Surveyor, Drafter and Site Engineer for the jobs related to Civil Engineering. I am familiar with Site QS, Drafting and site inspection works and I understand well the behaviors of building and structures construction methods and design requirements. I am also used to computer software such as AutoCAD, M.S office(excel,word), Revit, Microsoft project etc. Based on my past experiences, I can draw bar bending schedules and shop drawings, I can estimate the cost of material, labour and calculate the measurement of quantity and I understand how to monitor the budgeting. My past involved 6projects. These are Thilawa special economic Zone A & Zone B(Infrastructure) that is the big one of Myanmar Industries Zone. I specialize in this project to estimate the details of measurement and draw the bar bending schedules control the material and labour costs. Next project is the Futsal Indoor Stadium that is the biggest one of Myanmar Futsal. My duty is to check the actual work done and certify the sub-con payments. Current job is Fuel Ethanol Project that involves Bore Pile Foundation. Looking for a challenging role in a reputed company to utilize with my over 10years engineering skills and quantity surveying skills that can contribute to the company's growth as well as enhance my knowledge by exploring new things.
