Developing pastry company with 5 shops in Czech Republic. Employing 120 people. Leading all of us to the success of the company, together hopefully approaching 90 mil. CZK year turnover in 2021. Helping our employees to have better life with satisfying job. At the same time creating perfectly tasting products and thanks to them making a sweeter life for our customers. My dream is that Ollies will be the best pastry shop in Czech Republic!
