I am keenly interested in Human Development practices on all levels - from the nano personal habit change to world-wide trends and topics. My management style is constantly evolving, but I am authentic, honest to a fault, always a few steps ahead,'disruptive', graceful and grateful. I afford people safe containers to expand their talents and personal leadership - always encouraging my colleagues or clients to explore their 'boxes' and see if there is anything to be improved and innovated. There usually is. Humor and perspective changes makes every error into a lesson well learned.
