I have over 2.5 years of experience in this role, and over 5 years of experience in Sales Support and Project Management at Signify, formerly known as Philips Lighting.I am passionate about continuous improvement and coaching, and I create and maintain process and training documentation and modules, perform regular and specialized training, and manage user access and permissions within SLA. I also provide support for reporting and dashboard development and analysis, using SAP, Salesforce, and IBM Connections.
