I am a highly action-oriented and versatile HR professional with three years of experience in HR MOD (Management & Organizational Development) at Philip Morris International, three years as a Learning Assistant at Victory Heights School Dubai and current experience in providing freelancing HR services. I feel lucky that I worked on various projects like Performance Management, Talent Reviews System, Talent Acquisition, Talent Mentoring, Training and Development. There is nothing greater than collaborating with people and helping them grow, and these were just the right processes for me to participate in. I am a huge people person and I love learning new things. I always strive to bring 100% to the work I do and I believe there is no passing day that doesn't give a chance to learn something. In my spare time, I am spending quality time with my two kids who enjoy sports, reading and singing. I love travelling the world and exploring different cultures and food. Highlights of my key achievements during my time at PMI (Pakistan) are- 1) Drove successful transformation of HR MOD processes, and launched Talent Reviews and Performance Management Systems that created high sense of awareness, learning and ownership among 1500 employees. 2) Proved a vital team member in developing and rolling out the first-ever Employer Branding Architect, Management Trainee and Internship Program under the banner of PMI Pakistan and proudly witnessed our branding from a start-up point to an employer of choice category. 3) Established in-house soft skills training programs that involved assessment of needs, scope, material and facilitation. Successfully conceptualized and designed a customized leadership effectiveness training program that proved to be a very demanding toolkit.
