I am currently attending online course to be a Professional Home Inspector provided by ICA, Inspection Certification Associates. I have completed all state required modules; Module 1: Texas Property and Building Inspection Part 1, Module 2: Texas Property and Building Inspection Part 2, Module 3: Analysis of Finding and Reporting, Module 4: Business Operations and Professional Responsibilities, Module 5: Texas Law, and Module 6: Texas Standards of Practice. I will be taking the National and State exam in May.
