I, Col Sanjay D•••, a Mechanical Engineer from the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering of Indian Army have over 3 decades of experience in the multiple roles which include Overhaul, Repair and Maintenance of all kinds of equipment in Indian army, leading men in Challenging scenarios, Safety and Security, Firefighting and Protecting installations and have expertise on Production Management, Training Development, HR management & Operations. I have had the privilege of serving as Manager in three Army Base Workshops consecutively wherein I was responsible for Facility Management and achieving Targets as stipulated by Army Headquarters. I have a proven track record of strategic Planning, Leadership and successful team building. During my stint with Directorate General of Quality Assurance (DGQA) at Controllerate of Quality Assurance (Specialists Vehicles), Pune, I was mainly involved with various Trials of newly introduced vehicles and the fitment and functional Test of all imported Assemblies/Subassemblies for Specialists vehicles. I was instrumental in conferring ISO 9001:2008 to AHSP.I also served as a Secretary Adventure Cell and conducted various adventurous activities like Para sailing, Skiing, Kayaking and Mountaineering. My Personal traits include high degree of professional competence, Die hard Integrity to the organization and possess a positive attitude and very high levels of dedication and commitment towards job content. I have done a course on Six Sigma green belt and qualified on Quality Analysis and Quality Management from Defence Institute of Quality Assurance (DIQA) Bangalore. Currently, I am working as a Security Head with Cam & Motor Mining Company in Harare, Zimbabwe and handling various Security and HR aspects. My present job involves Safety compliance monitoring, Investigations and security audits and Identifying gaps, close liaison with Civil Administrative bodies and Government offices and implement measures to achieve the best industry practices.
