HOW I DO IT: From the fist time we meet, I will make sure I understand your needs and respond to them promptly, professionally and with integrity. If you are selling your home, I will market it extensively on the internet because over 90% of all the homebuyers begin their real estate search online. If you are a buyer, I guide you to a lender for the financing, do extensive search to find a house that satisfy your needs and do the negotiation.
