I’m a Senior Strategic Marketing Consultant and Fractional CMO with over 20 years of experience strengthening brands, businesses, and people through strategy, communication, and purpose. Through my consultancy, Marketing On Demand (MOD), I support companies, startups, and professionals in their transformation and positioning processes — helping them build brands that are coherent, meaningful, and relevant. We assemble teams according to each project or client, always seeking flexibility, strategic insight, and measurable results. I’m also a Personal Branding lecturer at Universidad del Desarrollo (UDD), where I teach programs for executives and leaders who want to project an authentic and strategic personal brand. In addition, I actively serve as a pro bono board member in organizations that promote women’s leadership, and as a mentor for entrepreneurs, supporting founders and teams in their communication, positioning, and business growth challenges. A Business and Economics graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, I previously led marketing and communications teams in leading companies — including renowned Chilean wineries — before dedicating myself fully to consulting. I’m driven by collaboration, innovation, and the belief that a strong brand is never imposed — it’s built from authenticity and purpose. Beyond my professional activities, I’m also a master athlete, specializing in discus, hammer, and weight throw. I won a 🥇 gold medal at the World Masters Athletics Championship in Finland (2022) and earned three medals at the World Masters Indoor Championships in the USA.
