I am passionate about developing and empowering my teams, creating a culture of trust and collaboration, and delivering the best possible service to our customers and partners. I am multilingual, fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, English, and Dutch, and I hold several certifications in call center soft skills, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing.
