My career has been shaped by continued self-investment in personal and professional development highlighted by the successes I have continually had in the wide variety of projects that I have either worked on, led or instigated, or a combination of all three. These successes have been achieved through a variety of industries that including textiles, the automotive industry, personal care and manufacturing where my innovative people-focused and entrepreneurial mindset had a positive impact on my team members. In the leadership roles that I have contributed to, I have often been described as an executive leader, who, defined by my values, ethics, and integrity, has regularly demonstrated history of impact, insight, and agility at an organisational and operational level, often leading from the front in times of change and growth where I have been required to make the hard decisions. Working continuously in creating and advocating for the brand, my focus has always been on developing and encouraging a purposeful work environment that allows employees to take ownership for both their success and failure in a culture of growth. Living and working in Melbourne has exposed my career to the cultural diversity that exists only in Victoria. To succeed in these environments, I have successfully been able to blend multiple cultures and working styles into efficient working teams, ensuring my workplaces reflect the Victorian community and the values and behaviours of the Victorian Public Service. I invite feedback on my own performance and behaviour, using this knowledge and information to build a broader understanding of my behaviour and the impact it has on others, whilst simultaneously seeking ways to perform at higher levels.
