WHAT I DO: I help Senior Corporate Professionals unpack, enhance, and transform their performance and reputation to become an authority in the marketplace, succeed in their business, and win new clients. Although I am an electrical engineer by academic training, most of my career I have been involved in developing business organizations, processes, and people. WHY IT MATTERS: In today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous economy, your customers look for a new set of skills and competencies, and craftsmanship to embrace both personal and professional change. Organisations don’t work anymore the way they used to, and people and businesses have to be lead according to the new rules. WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE: They say that engineers make the best executive managers. For a quarter of a century, my role in business has been as of a senior business executive for various industries. I grew up professionally in engineering, and systems, models, and algorithms are in my blood. As a result, I’ve developed a unique systematic approach to how seasoned ‘top dogs’ should adopt new tricks of the trade. MY STORY: Having spent the past 25+ years managing and running power and manufacturing companies, along with working as a Coach, Mentor & Consultant for clients in engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, and fellow coaches, I believe that for the business leaders in these areas I can offer well-suited solutions, based precisely on the specifics of their roles and industries.
