Over the years I have gained long-standing experience in Human Resources Management in organisations with a deep and complex coordination and a variety of professionals. I am very passionate about counseling and coaching and I keep doing them because I consider them a personal exercise and enhancement. I am capable of picking out patterns in an environment, quickly translating strategic guidelines into operational direction.
