I am the Founder and Principal of Glenwood Consulting Group Inc, a Toronto-based communications consulting firm. With 20+ years in executive development, specific to effective communications, my expertise spans across industries including finance, healthcare, law, consumer packaged goods, media and technology. I am a recurring guest lecturer at York University’s Schulich School of Business, University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business, and McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA. Outside the corporate space, I prepare speakers for TEDx events, an interest sparked in 2013 after coaching speakers for Toronto’s first-ever TEDx women’s event. Since then I have led astronauts, educators and tech enthusiasts to the stage time and time again. Prior to specializing in executive development, I worked with the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and other festivals and film markets, in both Canada and the US, where I curated and prepared speakers for industry panels and forums. I then spent the next 10 years in private practice with Fortune 500 companies building communication skill & style for individuals, teams & companies. Glenwood Consulting Group Inc. was founded in 2009. I live in Toronto with my husband, two children and Boston Terrier. Specialties: Working with clients with a high level of anxiety, those who have English as a second language and those who want to communicate in a genuine and informal manner. I have particular interests and passions to see further advancements for women in more sr positions, helping all workplaces leverage the value of introverts as well as helping my clients communicate with psychological safety.
