As a Special Education Officer at the Ministry of Education Belize, I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of education for students with diverse learning needs. My degree taught me how to apply psychological and pedagogical principles to design and implement effective educational diagnostics and interventions. I have developed strong leadership and organization skills, as well as the ability to work with different stakeholders and adapt to changing contexts. I am committed to advancing the field of special education and fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity in the education system and the community.
