I studied my MSc from Haramaya University in Agricultural Economics. In addition to university education, I have different training on different titles such as Team Building and Communication; Community Managed Disaster Risk Reduction; Early Warning; OMB (USG) Reform; Finance for Budget Managers, Disability inclusion, Program Monitoring and Evaluation, Program Sustainability and Statistical Software application such as STATA and SPSS, Microsoft Office Packages. I have experience both in international and local NGOs. Currently, I am working on the position of Program Manager for CRS projects such as Resilience Program, namely Resilience through Enhanced Adaptation, Action Learning and Partnership. The project designed with community managed approach with the objective of building resilient community to climate change related shock stress. And it covers six districts and 100 Kebeles in Ethiopia. The program recruited more than 150 staffs and it has been implementing the program since Oct 2014. In addition to this, I worked on position of Livelihood Project Coordinator. During my stay on the position, I was coordinating different components of the project such as income diversification business groups, crop and livestock production and WASH. I also worked on the position of Program Officer in SOS Children’s Village Ethiopia.
