I graduated in mechanical engineering, machine drawing, machine problem analysis, welding, and many more in my field. I have experience as a Leader Maintenance, I lead 10 technician who have great responsibility & discipline towards a job. My job is leadership, troubleshoot analysis on machines, reminding & reprimanding K3 regarding work, operating SAP, verifying machines when repairs have been carried out, and field coordination with superiors and teams. I have improvised several times on machines to reduce additional human resources, machine damage, & extend the life time of machine parts. Discipline, responsibility, thoroughness, & hard work are the references in my work.
