Ph.D. in Nuclear Technology - Materials from the Institute of Energy and Nuclear Research (IPEN)- University of São Paulo (USP) in the field of Radiopharmacy. Bachelor’s degree in Technological Chemistry from the Catholic University of Santos. Currently, he is a researcher at the Mackenzie Institute for Research in Graphene and Nanotechnologies (MackGraphe), a Professor in the graduate program in Principles of Surgery at the Evangelical Medical School of Mackenzie in Paraná (FEMPAR), and a Member of the Brazilian Society of Nuclear Biosciences (SBBN). He served as a Senior Consultant in market intelligence at The Graphene Council (USA). He has experience in research and innovation and in technical-scientific feasibility analysis. His research focuses on nanomaterials for biomedical applications, the development of peptide-based radiopharmaceuticals and protein nanoparticles for cancer diagnosis and therapy, nanostructured systems for drug delivery, nanostructured dressings with diagnostic and therapeutic functions. He also has experience in the formulation of lyophilized kits, radiolabeling of molecules with radioisotopes for PET/CT or SPECT/CT imaging, as well as in vitro and preclinical testing in various animal models.
