Geomechanics & Geothermal Energy Expert | Entrepreneur | Project Leader in Subsurface Energy and Drilling Innovation With over 15 years of experience in drilling geomechanics and complex multi-disciplinary project management, I help energy players — from hydrocarbons to geothermal and storage sectors — design, optimize, and secure their drilling operations through advanced modeling and integrated risk assessment. As Founder & CEO of Geo3Conseil, I lead a French company recognized for its technical excellence in wellbore stability modeling and its ability to deliver tailor-made R&D and operational solutions to meet the subsurface challenges of exploration and development projects. Within Kalyosphère, I contribute to accelerating deep geothermal energy development through innovative solutions such as near real-time wellbore stability monitoring, drilling optimization, and coupled 4D flow–geomechanics modeling for fault slip risk evaluation. In parallel, as Project Manager and Owner’s Representative at the École Française de Forage (EFF), I’m deeply involved in building and structuring the French geothermal drilling ecosystem: Founder and coordinator of the “geoSHARP” consortium, the first French collaborative initiative dedicated to optimizing near-surface geothermal drilling machines. Designer and leader of the first French training program for geothermal drilling (GMI), developed with BRGM, GRETA MPO, and CRER, to professionalize operators and support the energy transition workforce. Leader of industrial and scientific labeling applications, successfully defending projects based on technical relevance, strategic alignment, and economic impact. Builder and coordinator of national & EU collaborative projects (Horizon Europe, ADEME, FEDER, CITEPH, Repsol Foundation, i-Demo) promoting R&D and innovation in drilling and energy transition.
