Young healthcare professional passionate about Value-Based Healthcare, creating a sustainable healthcare system and, therefore improving the life of patients. In addition, as a highly ambitious and self-driven economist, I always felt enthusiastic about exploring the factors influencing the global economies and finding out why some countries or companies grow faster than others. In particular my interests are focused on strategy and policy analysis and the organizational culture with its influence on a productive working environment. Later, this curiosity was transferred on the understandings of what makes a company gain a sustainable competitive advantage and which skills, resources and existing forces of an organization will lead to the most successful strategic direction. I have strong personal work ethics which are: to be a loyal, reliable, bold, and respectful team member who always carefully observes, critically analyses work processes, and seeks for new opportunities for innovation, simplification, and continuous improvement incentives. I am well-versed in handling large amounts of data while keeping attention to detail and drawing conclusions, communicating findings and explaining complex data using models, charts and graphics and analyzing and forecasting industry and market conditions. During my studies, I was able to gain international experience which allowed the improvement of my communication skills. I saw how intercultural situations can affect international teamwork and partnership which, therefore embraced my adaptability in today’s constantly changing business landscape In my spare time, I love developing my inner-self and increasing my productivity, indulging my love for exploring new places and working my way through every recipe in my favorite cookbooks.
