Over the past 15+ years, she has had her professional career in Greenland from both the public- and private sector and as self-employed. Inaluk work in the field between learning trends, organisational development and innovative thinking. Throughout her career she has worked with skills development and capacity building at all levels. Her interest is in how organisations, communities and teams renews and develops. Inaluk work at all levels from formulation of visions and strategies to implementation throughout organisations. Her strength lies in being able to translate strategic initiatives into concrete actions and motivate and stimulate people to be part of a desired development.
