I am a SW engineering professional with about 20 years of experience in various demanding roles. I began my career as a software engineer, but have since worked mostly as engineering manager and project manager for software teams. First four and a half years of my engineering career I worked as a SW engineer in two relatively different companies specializing in low level embedded SW (RFID, memory drivers and file system level components). Next six years I worked as an engineering manager in an international team being responsible for recruitment, people development, project management, quality, communication and technical leadership. I also took care of my groups budgeting in the latter half of the period. After my career in the world of mobile phone SW ended, I started studying game development. For a couple of years I was developing video game SW with C++ and C#. I did some work with Unity platform and also did some lower level SW development to enable network functionalities within a game. Since 2014 I have been working as a project manager for a small web software company. In that role I have been taking care of regular project management tasks such as estimating, resourcing, risk analyzing, planning and running, both internal and client, projects. I have also been securing project funding for several startup companies and taking care of billing and day-to-day client communication in addition to regular team leading tasks.
