Throughout my five-year career as a plant breeder and geneticist, I have championed product development, innovation, and team empowerment. My most recent role was as Executive-R&D Rice at Ispahani Agro Limited. Prior to that, I served as Assistant Manager for F1 Rice at National AgriCare (NAC). Additionally, I have experience as a research associate in genetics and plant breeding at Sher-E-Bangla Agricultural University in Dhaka, where I honed my skills in research and development, pro-ject administration, and scientific communication. One of my most significant projects was "Intro-duction of an Exotic Species Tomatillo (Physalis Ixocarpa Brot.) and its Comparative Genetic Analysis with Tomatoes, Based on their Agro-Morphological and Nutritional Traits," funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology. I oversaw the trials and data collection for SAU Tomatillo-1, SAU Tomatillo-2, SAU-tomato-1, and SAU-tomato-2, culminating in comprehensive reports and valuable insights. My expertise includes plant tissue culture, traditional and molecular breeding, and hybridization, including the development of inbred and hybrid lines (CMS-line, R-line, & B-line). I have received hands-on training at the National Institute of Biotechnology (NIB) in DNA extraction, PCR, tissue culture, and bioinformatics. Additionally, I am proficient in data analysis using Excel, spreadsheets, R, and Python. I am seeking opportunities, where I can leverage my skills in scientific research, communication, and project management. I aim to apply my knowledge in the commercial and public sectors to meet organizational needs and achieve outstanding results.
