I'm a software architect, developer and agile process coach, and I'm passionate about IT systems development. Having worked at all tiers of the systems landscape – from hands-on coding to enterprise architecture, in all phases of the project lifecycle and acting in various roles, I’m able to contribute and communicate on all abstraction levels. Therefore, I'm equally at home in the engine room - navigating the technical implementation details, as I am applying systems thinking at the higher levels of the organization, connecting business- with IT strategy. I focus on the paradigms, concepts and patterns that form the foundation of IT systems, letting the tools and technology be dictated by the contextual needs, and I have extensive experience with various methodologies and processes both as participant and Coach/Mentor in projects. Having served as a Sergeant in the Royal Danish Guards, I have gained valuable personal tools, attitudes, and capabilities, which are reflected in my personality.
