I have been working in Sales & Operation for the past 25 yrs and have worked at various Hierarchy Level, across Industries Spent major part of my work life in basically 3 sectors viz Fmcg,Telecom (Operator & handset both) and Retail (SFR) Geographically I have worked in North India at mid level and Nationally too for an year Besides working overseas too at Ghana, Africa and am well versed with East/West Africa At present in DRC Africa with a renowned Distribution house since Nov 23 managing their Distribution for various MNC & Local Consumer Brands Have been able to gain knowledge and skill set in Distributive Trade and Retail Sales & Ops functional area,rather Forte,i can say Have got understanding of Urban/Rural markets, Retail, Wholesale, Key Accounts, Modern Trade,B2B, B2C, Operator alliance, Retail Space Leasing, BD, purchase and Operations roles as well in my journey so far During my Top hierarchy roles, have performed various marketing functions too viz Product planning, Pricing, Segmentation, ATL/TTL ( Mobile H/S), BTL ( Retail/ Fmcg) New business roll out and development have been key feature of my professional journey so far with Modern Trade roll out at Delhi for HUL, Retail roll out for Subhiksha in Distt Noida, roll out of dual sim mobile handset brand Josh in India and Soul in West africa, launch of RK shaving Blade in North India I work upon people n processes to ensure delivering sustainable and hygienic attainments Specialties: Distributive trade, Retail Sales & Operations, Business Development, Retail Space Leasing,Modern Trade, New project roll out, Business Revival & scale up Looking forward to an assignment commensurate with my skills and career level
