I am passionate about bringing change as I believe the world and we as people are in need of sustainable transformation and development. With change comes along more understanding, attentiveness and encouragement to progress. My love and curiousity for our world, and my wish to make a positive impact, drives my aspiration for wanting to inspire and thus lead by example. I go through life chasing my dreams, reaching my goals, and bring experiences to life through creative thinking and hard work. More than anything am I motivated by, and devoted to try and understand and help our planet and people. Status: Newly graduated cand.merc.int with a MSc in Diversity and change management, including minor in sustainable business. Currently working as Academy Services and Communication Associate at Tania Ellis - The Social Business Company. Primary fields of interest are esotericism, sociology, psychology, DEI, change management, CSR and futurology. In addition, I am passionate about creative design and product development. I love to educate myself by reading/listening to (audio)books and podcasts. Furthermore, I enjoy challenging and improving my decision-making skills, and ability to both think and apply strategy by playing various video and board games.
