I'm Abdulrahman S•••—a digital product designer with a background in Computer Science and AI. My background is the foundation of how I approach design; with logic, curiosity, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build things that work. While many learned UX from textbooks, I was gaining invaluable, hands-on experience directly from real-world challenges. It started on the front lines at Amazon, where I didn't just learn about user obsession; I lived it. This experience was my first and most important lesson in empathy. I carried that user-centric focus to Upland Software, providing technical consultation for major clients like Autodesk, Swift, and Save the Children. There, I saw firsthand how a seamless user experience directly translates to business success, client retention, and measurable satisfaction scores. This path has shaped my design philosophy: Great design is a proactive partnership between user needs and business goals. It’s about anticipating challenges, understanding the technical realities, and creating experiences that are not only beautiful and intuitive but are also built on a solid, functional core.
