With over 20 years of experience in Asset management in the rail industry, I am a passionate and driven operations leader who leads with innovation and strategy. I am currently the Head of Maintenance and Operations at Future Maintenance Technologies, a company that provides cutting edge autonomous systems, Digital roadmaps, training and operstional guidance for organisations on the journey to develop and implement future maintenance technologies. My experience includes the delivery of high-quality and reliable maintenance services for customers, ensuring compliance with contract obligations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Involving the management of multidisciplinary teams of 350+ employees across multiple sites, supporting them to achieve excellence in KPI performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Some of my key achievements include senior management of large contracts with major rail operators, implementing strategic maintenance programs that increased availability, reliability, efficiency and productivity, and developing a workforce diversity and inclusion plan that enhanced our culture and capability. I have strong skills in maintenance management, operations management, and maintenance and repair, which I leverage to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for complex challenges.
