Andrijana C••• possesses over 18 years of experience in Japan, with a diverse background encompassing business leadership, diplomacy, entrepreneurship, and innovation, all firmly grounded in her dedication to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Her academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Cinema and Media Studies, an Executive MBA from the Fox School of Business, and an Honorary Doctorate from the European University. Noteworthy among her accomplishments, Andrijana served as the first resident Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia in Japan from 2014 to 2018. During this time, she became Japan's youngest ambassador and one of the few women in this role, earning recognition for her contributions to both the arts and diplomacy. Presently, Andrijana fulfills the role of Special Advisor for International Cooperation to the Commissioner of Culture and the Cultural Agency of Japan (Bunkacho), a testament to her ongoing commitment to facilitating cultural exchange. She is proficient in five languages and boasts a career spanning over three decades on the international stage. In addition to her diplomatic and cultural endeavours, Andrijana C••• is an Executive Committee Member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan and Chair of the Government Relations Committee, where she guides the strategic direction and advocacy efforts for the chamber and its members. She is also the founder and CEO of BrioNexus KK, an innovation-focused company in Tokyo specializing in Industry 4.0, disruptive innovation, AI, quantum technology, and promoting diversity and inclusive work environments. Furthermore, she holds a position on the board of a listed Japanese corporation and actively advocates for diversity, inclusion, and gender equality.
