Since 2008 Cato has been working with participants from all over the world delivering Leadership Development programs at INSEAD. These include in-company programmes for global corporations, the MAP programme and over recent years the PLDP – the Personal Leadership Development Programme - part of the MBA programme. He is also Faculty Coach at the ICC – the INSEAD Coaching Certificate programme – which was launched in 2018. An Executive Coach since 1996 Cato has a wide range of client experience and he is dedicated to supporting clients becoming more effective and fulfilled in their professional and personal lives. He specialises in working with senior C-suite executives, helping them to navigate complex roles, to refine their leadership and be authentic and effective. An INSEAD MBA alumni with a BSc from Copenhagen Business School, Cato was accredited as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation in 2005. He is a student of consciousness and a mindfulness practitioner. Before transitioning into coaching Cato worked for 10 years in international sales and marketing with Norwegian multinational Norsk Hydro and for 7 years a Director with Specsavers, a family owned global optical retailer.
