Supporting learning in a world of change' In my work, I like to create a light-hearted, safe environment in which learning to deal with change is approached in a non-threatening way. I facilitate change in many different professional roles: as (project) coordinator, NT2-teacher, trainer and as (team) coach in Higher Education and international business environments. With my creative and knowledgeable approach to teaching and learning I ensure fun and appropriate methods with a structured training development. As a coordinator, I do best in 'scale-up' environments where I can make sure that innovations are implemented in a professional and highly qualitative fashion. Combining organisational skills with an understanding of the psychology of change, I am able to create commitment and get to results. My vast international working experience creates a foundation of empathy and intercultural understanding for all learners.
