I started my first working as experience as a service advisor in Euromobil Sdn Bhd (Audi Damansara). It was a totally new environment for me as Im a diploma holder in Aircraft Maintenance Technology. I worked there from March 2014 to May 2016. In this 2 years I attended few training on customer service, such as Customer Satisfaction Training done by Shell. During my tenure there, I also performed warranty claims and at times perform cashier duties as we were short of manpower. On May 2016 I joined Swire Motors, Puchong as a service advisor for the upcoming Audi dealership. Unfortunately my tenure there was cut short as Swire Motors plan to purchase an Audi dealership didn't get through and I left for a better offer in Rimau International Sdn Bhd (Audi Setia Alam) for the same position. I started my work here on September 2016 until present. My tenure here was more successful than other places, as I improved my customer service skills and had a lots of compliments from customers on social media. I was sent for Audi Service Advisor Certification on December 2016 and I passed my test successfully where I was sent by my current company then (Audi Setia Alam) to Munich, Germany for brand experience. Our management looked at my progress and decided to hand me a role as acting service manager since we didn't have one from January 2019 until present. We moved to our 4S centre in April 2019 and I have done many promotions in order to attract and retain customers coming from other dealerships. Compliments about our service can be viewed on our social media page and we are regarded as one of the best Audi dealerships in Malaysia.
