Experienced in EU project management, including programming, implementation, monitoring of implementation, and evaluation of different EU funded projects and programs. Good knowledge and practical experience in project management, process analysis, organisational development. For the last 4 years I have been focusing on digital transformation projects in corporate and public sector combining BPMN methodology with organisational development methods and design thinking in order to create successful organisations for digital age. My main field of expertise is organisational development and strategic planning, design thinking and EU Cohesion Policy with related funding instruments. With more than 20 years of experience I have been assisting clients in Croatia in over thousand projects. I have been participating in various local and regional development programs and projects in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Italy, Norway and South Africa. My main passions are small sustainable community building initiatives with innovative approach and pioneering force.
