Working at the root level helped me gained expertise in business development and hard core sales in highly dynamic and competitive environment. The best part of the experience was that it helped me to recognise that my greatest areas of interest were understanding and dealing with people and comprehending human psychology. This inspired me to pursue my MBA in Sales and Marketing from one of India's top B-schools. Currently deep diving into commodity market, both domestics and international liaising with global traders and OEMs to understand the market dynamics, supply and demand, end to end sales and operations, international logistics and supply chain. One of the youngest in the organisation to independently lead end to end sales and execution of one lakh metric ton of aluminium metal per month valued at $ 220 million. With calm, inquisitive, and analytical mindset have a proven track record of converting challenges into opportunities and delivering growth. With unique blend of Engineering, Management and Leadership have gained expertise in Negotiation, Commodity Trading, Contract Management, Internal and External Stakeholder Management, International logistics and Supply Chain.
