A dynamic, innovative, entrepreneurial, execution- and results-oriented senior business, technical and educational leader with over 20 years experience in Fortune 500 Specialty Medical Devices and equipment, Healthcare, world-class educational organizations. I was a program lead on Siemens Medical digital manufacturing revolution for almost 7yrs. Possess a rich mix of engineering, research/development, people leadership, market and business development and academic experience. Have 20 years of senior management experience leading global technical and cross functional organizations in Spain, Singapore, Germany and US. Holds 22 issued US patents. Finalist NASA Astronaut Candidate 2009 and 2008 NJBiz Innovator Hero. I have spent part of the last seven years helping to establish an engineering program in my homeland, Ghana. Leading this effort to bring solid industry experience into the classroom was the highlight of my journey. In the last 3.5years, I have led another effort at founding a STEAM-focused university, Academic City University College building minds and a nation. I am determined to redefine, reshape, and co-create a new African narrative. In the coming years a new breed of young men and women confident in knowledge, dynamic in strive and focused on knowledge creation will take over this mantle.
