Robert was a litigation and a trust and private client partner in Mourant Ozannes from 2003 to 2020 having trained in London with Clifford Chance from 1991. He served as the Managing Partner of Mourant Ozannes from 2005 to 2013, at which point he was appointed Senior Partner until 2019. Since February 2020, he has been a Consultant to the firm as well as offering business coaching and fiduciary services to high net worth families through his own business - robert@S•••.gg His legal practice consisted of a varied diet of corporate and fiduciary matters, including regulatory investigations. He was involved in some of the leading cases concerning trusts, fraud and disclosure orders and appeared in a number of arbitrations and mediations as well as acting as trustee to a number of high net worth families. He was known for his no nonsense approach to legal problems and his ability to break down complex issues into understandable parts. He has carried that into his consultancy career.
