Michael is a highly experienced Business Intelligence consultant with an excellent track record over the last 25+ years who has been involved in the design, development, and exploitation of some of the world’s biggest Data Warehouses across a variety of industries - including retail, healthcare, communications, finance, and media. As a result of this experience Michael is an expert in data architecture and logical/physical database design; ETL architecture design and implementation; database and query performance tuning; data mining, reporting, and corporate performance and customer relationship management; project planning and team management - using a number of different products, technologies, and techniques. Finally, Michael is an accomplished communicator, comfortable dealing with all levels of business from the Board through to the project team and is equally as proficient at pre-sales technical support (e.g. responding to requests for proposals or information; building business cases; performing benchmarks or proofs of concept; presenting; etc.) as he is at performing post-sales implementation, support, and training.
