Accelerating business goals through people, process, and technology. I began my journey as a software developer creating products that allow physicians to send billing information electronically from portable devices (before Smart Phones). The idea of building something new to address a big picture problem in a creative manner, which could have a meaningful impact, led me down the path of using technology as a foundation for my career. Over many years of working with clients across several industries (Healthcare, Professional Services, Insurance, Energy, and Agriculture) in a variety of roles, I have been able to architect the appropriate technology solutions to deliver the right business value for clients while also training them on those same skills. Filling this architect role allowed me to not only understand the decisions that go into selecting the right technology but also understanding the overarching problem you are trying to solve. Seeing the market opportunity that existed for solution-based consulting led me to become a co-founder of a new company. At Deliveron, we set the expectation that every engagement will be successful, with the goal of exceeding the customer's expectations as far as possible. With the help of our repeatable model, we were able to build high performing Agile teams that delivered end-to-end custom software solutions and trained our customers' team members throughout the development process. My leadership role at Deliveron provided me with an opportunity to gain valuable insight into how to build a high performing technology organization. As a result of Deliveron's acquisition by Lunavi, I was able to increase my focus and efforts on scaling up the consulting business model and increasing revenues to more than double the previous level.
